Dentistry is in Dr. Paul Romriell’s blood. Born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho, he grew up with a deep connection to the field—his mother was a dental hygienist, and his father is a dentist. Dr. Romriell met his wife in high school and went on to pursue his passion for dentistry at the University of Louisville in Kentucky, where he earned his dental degree. He then completed a three-year prosthodontic residency at Indiana University, followed by a fellowship in maxillofacial prosthetics.

His work at Indiana University Hospital included serving as chief resident for two years, a role that highlighted his leadership and expertise. He was also involved with the tumor board at the Simon Cancer Center, where he played a critical role in treatment planning and creating surgical guides and prostheses for head and neck cancer patients.
