Our Story

Dr. Paul Romriell’s love for dentistry started early, thanks to his dad, who’s also a dentist. Growing up, he saw how hard it was for people to deal with missing teeth or dentures that just didn’t fit right. It was tough to watch them struggle, and it made him want to help—help people eat, smile, and get back to enjoying life without pain or embarrassment.

As Idaho's only Maxillofacial Prosthodontist, Dr. Romriell stands apart as the most qualified provider of any restorative dental treatment. From fillings to crowns and veneers--- and even the most complex dental implant prostheses---Dr. Romriell is the go-to expert in restoring smiles. His expertise extends beyond teeth, even to crafting new noses or ears. Yes, you read that right!  

 

Dr. Romriell gets it—going to the dentist can be scary. He’s not a fan of needles either! That’s why he’s made it his mission to create a more relaxed, comfortable experience for patients. He’s always looking for ways to improve and get better at what he does, so his patients feel confident and cared for from the moment they step into his office. 

 

Dr. Romriell has presented on national stages at specialist meetings and has earned numerous awards and honors in the field of maxillofacial prosthetics. Yet, many of his patients may not know that he chose to step away from the national spotlight to establish a practice in his hometown. He values living close to family and friends while enjoying the mountains and outdoor beauty of his childhood.
